Showcase your project at the IKI Marketplace!
How does the Marketplace work?
Exhibit your IKI project at your own booth! During the first day of the regional workshop, participants will be able to walk around the stands prepared by the other projects in order to get to know their initiatives, accomplishments and results. See our suggestions and ideas for your booth below.
If your project will participate in this dynamic, kindly be present at your booth for the first 15 minutes of the Marketplace, that way you can tell visitors about your project. And don't worry, you'll have enough time later to walk around and get to know the other initiatives and projects.
When will I be able to prepare my booth?
Please use the time between 8.00 and 8.30 on the 28th of May to prepare the space assigned to your project at the Marketplace.
What resources will l be given for my booth?
We will provide each project with a Metaplan board (approx. 50x120cm) and a cocktail table. However, you can use as many resources as you consider necessary and also display any additional material your project has in the assigned space (see our suggestions and ideas below).

Get inspired!
Need some inspiration for your stand? Here are some of our ideas:
- Photographs and maps: Add photographs that represent your project - they will help attract the attention of the audience. By using pictures or maps you'll be able to visually portray the more complex processes or initiatives that your project develops.
- Informative material: Exhibit the main publications, flyers, or brochures that your project has developed. Tip: If you cannot bring print versions, you could offer QR codes to digital documents.
- Samples of products or services: If your project works with i.e. start-ups or private sector companies, you could exhibit samples, products or prototypes that have been developed with your project's support.
- Audiovisual media: Videos or other digital presentations are good resources to explain the history, objectives, and results of your project. Note: remember to bring your own laptop or tablet.
- Cultural or artistic resources: Include elements that reflect the identity and culture of the community, country or region involved in your project.
- Gifts or giveaways: If your project has giveaways (e.g. pens, tote bags, notebooks, or other) you can offer them at your stand.
- Visual resources: If you have a banner, roll-up, or other visual resources, you can bring these and display them in your assigned space.
Tips for an effective exhibition
- Be clear and brief: The visitors at your stand should understand quickly what your project is about. We kindly ask a representative of your project be present at your booth for the first 15 minutes of the Marketplace.
- Make it visually attractive: Use colors, pictures, and other visual elements that draw the attendees' attention.
- Promote interaction: Include activities that invite other attendees of the workshop to participate and learn in an interactive manner.
- Prepare a short presentation: Prepare an enthusiastic and clear summary that helps you explain your initiative in a few minutes.
